Your talk might be brilliant, but before an organiser books you, they’re reading you.

Your one-sheet. Your media kit. Your proposal. Your slides. Your workshop collateral.

If any of it feels rushed, off-brand, inconsistent, or just “good enough”, it can quietly chip away at your confidence, never mind your trust, authority, professionalism, and actual bookings.

I help professional speakers make sure every written and visual detail is polished, clear, correct, and on-brand, so you can show up with confidence before, during, and after you speak.


What I help with

Choose the support you need (or mix and match):

  • One-sheets & speaker sheets

  • Multi-page speaker kits / media kits

  • Slides (keynotes + workshops)

  • Proposals (speaking + workshops + programs)

  • Conference and other collateral (workbooks, handouts, worksheets, checklists, session guides, etc.)


Good to know (so we’re both aligned)

  • I don’t create from scratch. You bring your final (or almost final) version, I refine, proof, and polish it.

  • I never use generative AI. I’ve got years of experience and you’ve got your own voice. I personally check everything. No running it through programs, no uploading to the cloud.

  • Style guides are gold. If you have one, be sure to send it through. If you don’t, that’s okay. You can grab a template here. Want help setting one up?

  • Your secrets are safe. Your pricing, proprietary information, trademarks, etc… are never shared or uploaded anywhere.

  • No booking guarantees. My role is to make your words accurate, professional, and ready to send.

  • You make the final call. What you submit, print, present, or publish is your decision and at your discretion.

  • formatting cleanup (so it looks professional and intentional)

  • voice + brand alignment (so it still sounds like you)

  1. We meet so I can get a clear overview of what you need.

  2. I confirm scope + quote based on your timeline and what’s required.

  3. You send me your work by the agreed date and in the agreed format.

  4. I polish and refine the agreed materials so everything is stage-ready.
