Writing projects Priority Audit


Most people have a number of different writing projects on the go. Some in progress, some not yet started, some almost overdue, some tracking well.

In order to know where things are up to, what you need to prioritise, let go, or pass on to someone else, you need to stop and take stock. This template will allow you to do exactly that.

What you get:

  • What (ie article, course, ebook)

  • Title

  • Where (it will ultimately end up)

  • Who Else (needs to be involved)

  • Percentage Complete

  • Soft Deadline (when you’d like it completed)

  • Hard Deadline (when it must be completed)

  • Priority
